Below is a visualization of the strategy creation process. It starts with all participants of the creation process getting an aligned view on how the future will look like. As long as each individual has an own opinion, different goals will be aimed at – the ones that fit the future of that individual.

Once that is done, the participants need to align on what role the company wants to play in this future and how can it distinguish itself from competition. This is captured in the Mission Statement.

Derived from that, here the next steps (details of each in next posts). Despite looking comparably small – the part that takes the biggest effort is: the Strategy Execution.
